When an analytical instrument fails, the first question shouldn't always be "how much does a new one cost?" It should be "can the existing instrument be correctly diagnosed and repaired?" Our service approach is designed around that principle: diagnose first, repair correctly, test before return.
Share the instrument model, serial number and reported fault.
Our technical team inspects the equipment and identifies the faulty section.
Share the repair scope and cost with the customer for approval.
Repair work begins only after you approve the estimate.
Where technically feasible, faulty components or sections are repaired or replaced.
The repaired equipment is functionally tested before dispatch.
The instrument is returned with applicable service documentation.
We aim to provide fast diagnosis and repair support. Selected repairs may be completed within 72 hours after diagnosis approval, subject to fault complexity and spare-part availability.
For repairs requiring special components, imported parts or extensive troubleshooting, the expected turnaround will be communicated before repair approval — rather than promising the same timeline for every job regardless of complexity.
Where applicable, we provide:
Against traceable standards for the parameter in question.
Confirming the electrode or sensor is performing to spec.
Before and after every repair or service visit.
Calibration solution verification and post-repair test records.
Repeated measurement problems are often related to electrode selection, installation, sample conditions or maintenance — not the analyzer itself.
Our objective is not simply to supply a replacement electrode. It is to identify why the previous electrode failed and what is appropriate for the application.
Chemical compatibility with your sample.
Suited to the measuring environment.
Rated for actual operating conditions.
Arrangement and maintenance expectations.
Send it in for diagnosis, or check the status of a job already in progress.
